1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

- Product packaging is tampered
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos and order details.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products reported after the allowed timeframe
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or damaged delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
